We headed to Eckert's again this week. The pick you own pumpkins is amazing there every year. So Nathan, the kids and I all headed out on the tractor with the hopes of finding 3 amazing pumpkins I could photograph. We came home with 5 big ones and 4 little ones. Ooops. They all have their own personality and I just could not decide which to shoot. I tried photographing all of them in one scene and it was just too much. I narrowed it down to two (leaving out one of my favorites) and it still wasn't working for me. So I borrowed my neighbor's orange pumpkin. Mine just wasn't "pumpkin-y" enough. Needed more round fatness. The background is slate tile. I like how the final image turned out though.
